Real estate firm Bidwells has made a series of promotions within their planning team, across The Arc, helping them to deliver a wide range of projects across the sector.

In their Cambridge office, Anthony Child was made an Associate. Earlier in the year, Harriet Wooler was promoted to senior planner following her MRTPI qualification, and Caroline Rodger was promoted to senior EIA planner after achieving IEMA Practitioner Status. Ben Pridgeon, a principal planner, Andrew Liddle, a senior landscape architect, and Holly Rowland, a heritage and conservation placement student have all joined the office. All three will support the existing teams in Cambridge.

In the Norwich office, Jake Lambert has been promoted to principal planner. On 5th July, Amy Robinson joined as a senior planner.

Mark Harris has become a partner in the Milton Keynes office,  and Natasha Abbott has joined as a Planner from Optimis Consulting.

Elsewhere in The Arc, in Oxford, Rachel Woodman has been made a principal planner in Oxford. Rachel has also been shortlisted for the Young Person of the Year at the 2021 Oxford Property Awards.

All new positions and promotions are pivotal to the delivery of the firms’ development pipeline, including six million square feet of science and technology-related floorspace across the region.
