Buyers could be eligible for a 20 per cent discount on a home at Weston Homes’ 1023 West scheme just off London Road in Brentwood, Essex, subject to meeting certain criteria.

The 20 per cent discount is part of the Discount Market Sale (DMS) scheme where Weston Homes, working in partnership with Brentwood Borough Council, has a number of one-bedroom new apartments that are available to buy at just 80 per cent of their market value but still giving their buyer 100 per cent of the ownership. Buyers just need to live or work in one of the areas required for the scheme, and earn less than £90,000 per year.

1023 West is a development of 81 converted and newly built one- and two-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom houses all with private outdoor space, located within attractive gardens and mature landscaped grounds.

The development has retained the original Georgian La Plata House, a Georgian manor-house formerly used as a Police Station which provides nine stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments.
