Consultations are to take place imminently on two Build-to-Rent schemes in Reading for a total of up to 460 flats.
John Lewis Partnership is to put its plans for around 200 energy-efficient homes at the site of its former collection centre in Mill Lane on display, while Packaged Living is consulting over its plans to convert Normal Place office building off Vastern Road into up to 260.
JLP will hold an exhibition at South Street Arts Centre at 21 South Street on Tuesday, January 23 from 2pm – 8pm with a webinar on Tuesday, January 30 from 6.30pm – 8pm.
Packed Living will put its plans on display at Thames Lido from 3pm – 8pm on Wednesday, January 24.
