Nuveen Real Estate has signed Global Fintech leader HPD LendScape as new tenants at its recently refurbished 22 Worple Road in Wimbledon.

IT Services firm HPD LendScape, who were based in Putney, recently decided to relocate and expand their business by taking the first and part second floors, which totalled just over 12,000 sq ft. The 45,000 sqft building was extensively refurbishment by the architects BuckleyGrayYeoman and completed at the end of 2019. The building is located at 22 Worple Road and provides Grade A office space across five floors in the middle of Wimbledon.

Other tenants include Fortius and Envoy Digital.

When asked about the move, HPD LendScape CEO, Kevin Day said:

“HPD LendScape has been based in Southwest London since the company was created back in 1972. Originally starting life in Fulham and then moving to Putney in 1985. We have now chosen Wimbledon to be our new home.

What does a company like ours look for when it comes to a location?  First of all the location needs good connections to public transport.

The area needs to have good amenities for our team. We need to be able to attract talent and new customers and so the quality of the office has to be at the right level. We are a growing company and we hope that our new home will help us to achieve significant progress over the coming years”
