Golf simulation technology developer Full Swing is open its EMEA showroom in Wokingham.
IPIF, advised by Haslams Surveyors, has announced the letting of 4,692 sq ft Unit 7 at Millars Business Park in Fishponds Close on a five-year lease. It will be used to demonstrate golf simulators and sports performance technology to private and commercial clients.
Newly-completed Millars Business Park comprises four Grade A industrial and warehouse units, each with first-floor offices, allocated parking, EV charging points and solar panels. Hiper Global UK and Carbon Rewind are among existing tenants with only 5,440 sq ft Unit 6 remaining available. Quoting rent is £16 per sq ft.
