Eagle Street Partners ACO4, advised by Savills and DTRE, has agreed a new letting at its WestPoint building in Peterborough to Greenwood Legal LLP.

Greenwoods will occupy a ground floor office suite of around 7,000 sq ft it has taken on a 10-year lease. Only three suites, ranging from 5,414 – 12,500 sq ft remain available in the building.

WestPoint is a landmark office with a high level of amenities including an on-site café, an exclusive on-site gym and sports hall and concierge services. Externally, there are EV charging points, bike racks and 800 car parking spaces.

The building is four miles west of the city centre at Lynch Wood. Nearby occupiers include Persimmon, Anglian Water and Atkins.

Edward Gee, director in the commercial agency team at Savills Peterborough, said: “WestPoint offers award winning Grade A office space with excellent amenities set in over 20 acres of landscaped grounds and we are delighted to welcome Greenwoods to the building. “We have some other exciting announcements to make in the coming months regarding other new arrivals.”

Greenwoods was represented by Blackwell Consulting.
