Haslams Surveyors has completed the sale of an 18-acre residential development site in Cookham to Bellway Homes.
The freehold site, adjacent to Lower Mount Farm, occupies a prime position on the western side of Cannondown Road at the south‑western edge of the village.
The site, allocated for housing in the Royal Borough’s Local Plan, has consent for 200 homes, including 80 affordable.
Having been promoted through the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Local Plan process, the site was allocated for residential development.
Chris Newman, partner for Haslams Surveyors, said: “This sale is the culmination of nine years’ work which involved extensive public consultation and community engagement and negotiations with the Royal Borough and other relevant bodies to secure a successful planning outcome. There was strong interest from a wide range of housebuilders for this site.”
Haslams Surveyors acted as sole agent on the disposal.

I was hunting for a new place with live tables and ended up on Golden Mister Casino after reading a UK forum thread. Initially I jumped straight into live blackjack, got cocky and burned through half my balance in no time. To cool off, I switched to a chilled slot session instead and honestly enjoyed it more. One bonus round with sticky wilds gave me a decent win that balanced the earlier damage. Now I’ve got a rule: start with slots, only touch the tables if I’m ahead, and never reload after the first deposit. Saves me a lot of drama.
