Plans to develop the Northwood and Pinner Cottage Hospital were resubmitted to the Hillingdon Major Applications Planning Committee in December 2022 for completeness following an additional period of consultation.

However, following the approval in January 2022 discussion with the applicant resulted in changes to the S106 agreement and a need for further consultation.
Following the consultation, the applicant has reverted to the original submission which was resubmitted for approval on 20 December 2022.
The approved proposal was for:
Partial demolition, refurbishment and extension of the existing Cottage Hospital to provide a state of the art health centre and the comprehensive redevelopment of the remaining Site to provide residential (Use Class C3) accommodation and ancillary works including car parking, cycle parking, landscaping and associated works (Phased Development).
