Property developer Jaynic has exchanged contracts to sell its SP47 warehouse scheme at Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds to the Sealey Group.

The 47,000 sq ft building will be completed this coming autumn and will be occupied by Dellonda Ltd, part of Sealey Group.

Mark Sweetman of Dellonda Ltd, said: “Our rapid growth has meant that we needed additional space ahead of other facilities that we are currently developing at Suffolk Park and SP47 is completing just at the right time.”

Ben Oughton, development director at Jaynic, said: “We are very pleased to have exchanged contracts with Sealey. They are a highly respected name in the town and as expected when we decided to build this unit speculatively, we knew there was existing pent-up demand that we could satisfy at Suffolk Park.”

Sealey and Dellonda have seen significant growth in recent years and occupy three different buildings in Bury St Edmunds totalling over 440,000 sq ft with a total 430 staff.
