Natasha Ryan is to join Hollis Hockley as partner.

The move follows the appointment on Alice Hilliard as partner in June.

Ms Ryan, previously an associate with Cluttons, has worked in the south east for nine years, advising a number of clients including Columbia Threadneedle, LaSalle Investment Management, IPIF and London & Scottish Property.

She said: “I’m excited to be joining Hollis Hockley at an important stage of their growth in the Western Corridor market. I’ve worked with most of the team during my career and am looking forward to starting and continuing to add value for clients.”

Hollis Hockley partner Chris Barrs said: “We are delighted that Natasha has chosen to join the partnership. We have made a conscious decision to ‘rightsize’ for the current market conditions.

“We now have both the largest and most experienced landlord disposal team, focussed on the Thames Valley, and we provide partner-level, proactive advice.”

Mr Barrs, along with Rhodri Shaw and Jeremy Metcalfe, joined Neil Hockley at the firm in October 2019 when it opened its Reading office at Arlington Business Park in Theale.

Hollis Hockley has since taken on some major instructions including the Frasers Property Southern Estates Business Park portfolio.
