Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD) has applied to build two industrial buildings totalling more than 25, 000 sq m  – the third phase of Symmetry Park, Bicester.
The developer has applied to Cherwell District Council for full planning permission to develop a 7.34-hectare agricultural site, next to the existing phases 1 and 2.
The application seeks B8 (storage & distribution) permission for:
- Unit E – 14,836 sq m of logistics floor space with ancillary office space within
- Unit F – 11,020 sq m of logistcs floor space, also with ancillary office space
The scheme is expected to create around 300 jobs.
The team on the project includes Framptons on planning, pHp Architects and Stantec on transport planning.
