Barratt Homes has announced some specific offers on some properties at its Whitechapel Gardens scheme in Bodicote, Oxfordshire.

Offers include an extended Stamp Duty holiday and help with deposits.

Barratt Homes states:

Despite the Stamp Duty holiday ending in June, leading homebuilder Barratt Homes has a few more reprieves at Whitechapel Gardens in Bodicote for those looking to make a smooth move.

The Salt Way Road development has one three bedroom Moresby style home available with no Stamp Duty to pay, making a saving of up to £7,749.

Alongside this, Barratt is also offering deposit boosts on three properties, meaning first time buyers and those struggling to save for their new home have one less cost to worry about. The homes, including Wykham, Lutterworth and Radleigh style builds, offer up to £18,000 as a reprieve when reserving.

The four homes with incentives available offer either three or four bedroom living, featuring their own unique layouts and structures to offer potential buyers plenty of choice when deciding on their new home.

Whitechapel Gardens backs on to extensive greenery and is surrounded by Oxfordshire countryside near to the Cotswolds. There are also schooling options in walkable distance and easy access to major roads for access to Birmingham and London.

Tanya Silk, sales director at Barratt Homes West Midlands, said: “The Stamp Duty holiday was a fantastic boost for new homebuyers last year and, although the deadline to make the most of the savings has passed, we would like to offer another helping hand for potential buyers.

“Further to this we are also happy to offer additional incentives to potential buyers to help ease the buying process. These are homes that we are extremely proud of and invite you to book an appointment to meet with our sales advisers to discuss further.”
