Evoke Transport has appointed Paul Kelly as associate director in its Reading office.

Mr Kelly, who has an MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering from the University of Southampton where, in 2010, he first met David Fletcher, now associate director with Evoke.

Mr Kelly joins from AECOM where he led the development planning team in Basingstoke. He is Evoke’s most senior appointment in the two years since its formation.

Managing director Richard Stacey said: “I am excited to welcome Paul, who will bring a wealth of experience to Evoke. Paul is our most senior recruit since our formation and I look forward to working with him to expand our client base and diverse project portfolio.

“We have exciting plans for 2022 as we expand our reach in the Thames Valley and beyond and this is the first step in our growth plans for the year.”

Mr Kelly said: “I am very excited to join Evoke and start a new chapter in my career after 15 years working in transport planning and development planning with AECOM.

“I look forward to working with the Evoke team to deliver considered transport strategies and solutions to a diverse portfolio of development projects and applications.”
