Plans for up to 100 homes in Bramley have been revealed in a screening opinion request to the borough council.
In its submission on behalf of Wates Developments, planners at Neame Sutton have asked Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council if an environmental impact assessment is needed to develop 7.41-hectares west of Minches Lane.
Wates is working on outline plans for the site, which include proposed new vehicular access from Minchens Lane, along with new pedestrian and cycle connectivity, open space and landscaping.
