Plans are in for a six-storey mixed-use development on Bristol’s Floating Harbour by Railpen.
The developer has submitted plans for the mixed-use scheme, to be known as Waterfront Place and will consist of 121,000 sq ft of office space, 8,600 sq ft for ground floor leisure space and a 2,700 sq ft cycle hub fronting Millennium Square.
Positioned between Millennium Square and the Amphitheatre the scheme designed by AHMM Architects, represents the development of the last key remaining site in the Cannon’s Marsh Masterplan.
