Coupa, which provides software for businesses to manage spending, has taken 6,007 sq ft of ‘plug & play’ space at 3 Forbury Place in Reading.

Rare Commercial Property acted on behalf of NCC which had previously taken a lease on the space from landlord M&G Real Estate but has exercised its five-year lease break.

M&G was represented by Campbell Gordon.

Jonathan Mannings, director of Rare, said: “This letting speaks to the trend we are witnessing across the market that there is a ‘flight to quality’.

“Companies keen to attract their staff back to the workplace are seeking the best quality space available.”

Rare is also marketing 58,744 sq ft at 1 Forbury Place. Acting on behalf of energy provider, OVO, the space is offered on flexible terms along with 71 car-parking spaces.
