Lucas joins from AECOM where he advised on projects in the science and higher education sectors and will continue to provide specialised support to developers and occupiers within those sectors for Savills’ building & project consultancy (BPC).
The appointment supports the planned growth of the Oxford project management team, which expanded last year following the appointment of Emily Slupek as director to lead it.
