Siemens has taken 30,000 sq ft at Farnborough Business Park.

The German tech company plans to set up its UK head office at the Pinehurst II building at the Frasers Property-owned park. CoStar News has suggested Siemens will move its corporate headquarters from Frimley.

The 71,573 sq ft building is also home to Time Inc and Syneos Health and Hollis Hockley, which along with CBRE, advised Frasers on the deal, said there is 14,434 sq ft of refurbished space remaining in the building.

As well as Farnborough Business Park, Frasers’ southern estates business park portfolio includes Winnersh Triangle, Chineham Park in Basingstoke, Watchmoor Park in Camberley, Maxis in Bracknell and Lakeshore in Heathrow.
