On 19 September, the South Cambridgeshire Investment Partnership (SCIP) is launching Cambium Square, a new neighbourhood in Cambourne, 15-minutes west of Cambridge.
The development has been delivered through an equal partnership between The Hill Group and South Cambridgeshire District Council.
In total, Cambium Square will provide 256 low-carbon, private sale and affordable homes, along with a local amenity that could be in the form of a small shop, as well as a playground and parkland.
A gas free development, all homes have been built with sustainability firmly in mind, with EV charging points and air source heat pumps providing renewable, gas-free heating.
Two four-bedroom show homes, designed by Suna Interior Design and Artspace Interiors Design, will be available for potential buyers to view – The Eden and The Maplewood.

Mina Wilcock-Esfahani, senior designer at Artspace, said: “Our aim with The Eden four-bedroom show home was to make it feel both luxurious and easy to live in day-to-day – refined, but still welcoming,”
“We built the palette around soft greens, light muted blues, warm neutrals and layered natural textures to create a calm, inviting feel throughout.
“Bespoke elements, including a custom-designed media unit in the family room and carefully chosen artwork, help each space feel unique and tailored rather than off-the-shelf.
“We also wanted the home to feel connected to its surroundings, so we’ve added considered nods to the community throughout, including locally sourced food and bathroom products.”
