Vail Williams has announced three new appointments.

Surveyor Charlie Perkins, graduate surveyor George O’Connor and planner Henry Bourne have been appointed to the Woking office.

Mr Perkins has joined the agency team after three and a half years in commercial property with Altus Group. He specialises in advising clients on the acquisition and disposal of property and providing leasehold and freehold advice for occupier and landlord clients.

Mr O’Connor has also joined the agency team, having graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in real estate. He will provide multi-disciplinary commercial agency services across the Surrey region.

Mr Bourne has joined as a planner from London-based consultants Collective Planning where he was responsible for carrying out site appraisals, discharging of conditions, variation of conditions and monitoring planning applications.

Vail Williams’ Surrey regional managing partner Geoff Fallon said: “We are pleased to welcome new faces to our hard-working team as our sustained business upturn continues right across our many disciplines.

“All three have settled well into being appreciated colleagues and have significant roles to play in ensuring clients go on receiving our celebrated second-to-none service in line with our strategic growth.

“These are exciting times in commercial property in Surrey as occupiers, landlords and developers consider changed priorities over hybrid working, work space use, property and land supply issues and energy efficiency as we emerge from the pandemic.”
