It has been reported (CoStar) that LaSalle have funded the £50 million development of a 189 room Premier Inn in Hammersmith.
The property, Brook House, 229-243 Shepherds Bridge Road will give Premier Inns a more central presence in Hammersmith. Hammersmith and Fulham gave permission for a change of use from offices to a hotel back in June 2020.
The hotel, one of nine new Premier Inn locations, is available to book from March 2022 and can be found here.
