WAE Technologies has taken all 57,000 sq ft of Building 5 at Life Science REIT’s Oxford Technology Park which will make it the park’s biggest occupier.

The firm, which provides technology and engineering to sectors including green energy, medical engineering and automotive, is part of listed Australian giant Fortescue.

Building 5 has just reached practical completion and is on track to achieve a BREEAM Excellent certification.
