Thomas White Oxford has announced the retirement of its chief executive, William Donger, who has stepped down from the role after more than eight years’ service.
William joined Thomas White Oxford in 2018 and played a significant role in the company’s development and growth. He started his career in London more than 50 years ago and has worked in Oxfordshire for the last 30+ years. He set-up the Savills Oxford office in Botley in 1996.
During his tenure, he has helped shape the organisation’s strategic direction and has overseen the delivery of Oxford North, a flagship new innovation district for Oxford, which is creating a new destination for science, technology and innovation alongside homes, public parks and community facilities.
Throughout his career with Thomas White Oxford, William has worked closely with St John’s College, Oxford, local authorities, partners and stakeholders to support the company’s long-term vision of creating places that deliver lasting economic, environmental and social value.
Matt Dawkes, chief financial officer and Victoria Collett, development director, continue their respective roles at Thomas White Oxford.
