Shanly Homes has appointed Emma Farrier as senior marketing manager for its team in Beaconsfield.

Emma, who was previously with Strutt & Parker where she launched a podcast series, boasts 20 years’ experience in marketing, gained across various sectors.

Residential managing director for Shanly Homes, Tim Nutt, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Emma to our team.  She will be bringing a new dimension to Shanly with her extensive skills gained from an admired countrywide agency.”

Even during the pandemic Emma was able to gather new skills to her armoury, creating her first ever podcast series in a joint venture between Strutt & Parker and Country Life.  This series of six episodes covered hot property topics from market insight and sustainability to new build homes and land owning.

Emma said: “I have been very impressed by the high calibre of the homes that Shanly is building and was drawn to working with a housebuilder that has clear goals and objectives, alongside being privately owned which was appealing to me. 

“Shanly is a well-established business that has the ambition to become a company with a purpose and I am delighted to be working with them to make this statement a reality.”
