Gladman Developments has applied to build up to 60 homes at Bloxham in Oxfordshire.

The developer has applied to Cherwell District Council for outline permission for the homes, along with open space and access on an arable site off Tadmarton Road.

A previous application for up to 136 homes on the site was submitted in July 2017 but that was withdrawn a year later. The new application focuses development on the northern parcel of the 4.42-hectare site.

The developer proposes a 35 per cent proportion of affordable homes.

The team on the project includes The Environment Partnership, Stirling Partnership transport consultants and Pegasus on heritage.
