Plans have been submitted for 99 flats in Slough High Street.

Manhattan Assets No9 has submitted outline plans to Slough Borough Council to demolish existing buildings at 277-279 High Street for the scheme which will have 39 parking spaces and two retail units on the ground floor.

Three buildings are proposed, one of which will be a single storey cycle store and reception. The other two blocks will have 12 floors plus ground and six floors plus ground respectively.

The proposed scheme includes 60 two-bedroom flats and 39 with one-bedroom.

In January 2020 the council approved 57 flats on the site.
