Chartered surveyor and estate agent Dexters has launched a 200-home Build-to-Rent scheme at the North Acton & Park Royal regeneration zone.

NWX Residences, designed by CZWG and developed by Notting Hill Genesis and Oakfield, is set within the Oaklands Rise mixed-use development in the project.

It provides two buildings, Ambrose House and Easton Court, of one and two bedroom apartments, all with balconies. There are rooftop gardens and high-speed lifts.

The North Acton & Park Royal Regeneration Zone will eventually provide more than 45,000 new homes plus a number of commercial units.

Features of the apartments include wi-fi for up to 150MB downloads with upgrades available to 1GB downloads, bespoke design kitchens with integrated appliances, wood strip flooring in the kitchen and living room and carpeted bedrooms.

Dexters managing director Lee Liasi said: “The launch of the new NWX Residences Build-to-Rent apartment scheme within Oaklands Rise is part of the ongoing creation of London’s New West End in the North Acton-Park Royal Regeneration Zone.

“Available to let unfurnished or furnished, the apartments are ideal for the next generation of Londoners – the so-called Generation Z and Millennials – who often prefer to rent rather than purchase and include young professionals, singletons, young couples and key workers.”
