Industrial agents Will Merrett and Nick Hardie have joined Hollis Hockley as partners from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The team will be advising investors, developers and occupiers on their occupational needs across the industrial and logistics sector.
The pair will advise clients in London, the wider South East and the core Midlands markets, where they have experience, enabling Hollis Hockley to widen its geographical coverage.
In a joint statement issued to CoStar News, the pair said: “It is great to be joining the wider Hollis Hockley team where there is a strong track record of providing best in class, partner-led advice. This is an exciting new challenge, and we look forward to working alongside the established offices advisory team, providing agency services across the business space sector.”
They will join existing partners Neil Hockley, Jeremy Metcalfe, Rhodri Shaw, Chris Barrs, Alice Hilliard, Natasha Ryan and Mike Rowlands.
