Dukes Education is inviting applications for Radnor House at Kneller Hall, which is due to open at its new home from September 2027.

The redevelopment will create a purpose-built campus in Southwest London, set to be the largest senior school campus in the area. The project combines modern educational facilities with the site’s long heritage, linking a historic setting to a new model of independent education.

The campus will offer a wide range of specialist spaces designed to enrich pupils’ everyday experience. Plans include new facilities for sport, performing arts, outdoor learning, science, design and technology, as well as a Forest School and a Nature Reserve. More than half of the site is Metropolitan Open Land, ensuring substantial green space remains available for exploration and learning. The thirty-acre estate is intended to support a values-based education and provide distinctive outdoor opportunities, including work in an ecological corridor.

The redevelopment has now received planning approval, following a decision made in May 2025 by the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Dukes Education says the approval will allow work to begin in autumn 2025. Additional sports provision will include tennis courts, an all-weather astro pitch, a new sports hall and a swimming pool.

Overall, the project aims to deliver a premium educational environment that blends academic, creative and physical development within a unique historic campus.
