Lomond expands into Bristol with Ocean Property Services Group acquisition

Lomond has announced its latest strategic acquisition, establishing a new regional hub and strengthening its presence in the South West through the purchase of Ocean Property Services Group, a Bristol-based property services company. 

Founded over 40 years ago, Ocean has grown from a single branch in Bishopston into a market-leading property business, setting the standard for estate agency across Bristol and North Somerset, with 12 branches and an offering spanning residential sales, lettings, conveyancing, property management and financial services.

The business has earned multiple industry awards, and has built a reputation for combining deep local knowledge with progressive thinking.

The acquisition represents another milestone in Lomond’s expansion across key UK cities, creating a new Bristol hub.
