Savills has expanded its team in Cambridge with the appointment of Henry Godsal as head of investment strategy and asset management (Cambridge). 

He joins from Fineman Ross LLP where he was an equity partner, responsible for advising clients on investment strategy, acquisitions and disposals and development funding. At Savills, he will work closely with other colleagues in the wider investment strategy & asset management team as well as the national investment team, providing strategic investment advice to both education focused and corporate clients across the Cambridge region.

Richard Rees, managing director of Savills UK, said: “We are delighted to welcome Henry to Savills. His wealth of experience will undoubtedly help us further grow our Cambridge College work and our business as a whole in the region.”

Mr Godsal said: “After 21 years at Fineman Ross, I am excited to be starting my new role here at Savills in Cambridge. I will also be working closely with the national investment team, using my 25 years’ worth of contacts and experience as an investment adviser.”
