A collection of shared ownership homes has launched at Northwick Parkside in Harrow.
A show home and sales suite at the 654-home development have attracted significant interest from prospective buyers. The development, a partnership between SNG (Sovereign Network Group) and Countryside Partnerships (part of Vistry Group), has a 50 per cent proportion of affordable homes.
Work on the scheme started last October.
