T A Fisher has confirmed the unconditional acquisition of the former Police Station site on Reading Road, Pangbourne, with plans to deliver fifteen new homes in the heart of the village.
A key feature of the proposed development will be the sensitive refurbishment and conversion of the Locally Listed former Police Station. The building will be carefully restored to create four new townhouses, retaining its character and heritage while bringing it back into residential use.
Pangbourne is a sought-after village situated on the River Thames, offering a strong local community and excellent transport connections, including direct rail services to Reading and London Paddington.
