Amazon is under offer to occupy a 737,000 sq. ft unit in Kingston Park, Peterborough, adjacent to another Amazon warehouse, which was formerly used by Debenhams as a distribution centre according to Property Week. 

Peterborough 736 as its known is owned by global firm Fiera Real Estate and is located by the A1139 Fletton Parkway. It is comprised of 681,000 sq ft of warehouse space, 11,000 sq. ft of pallet storage and 45,000 sq. ft of office space. The site also has a 60-metre service yard, 500 car parking spaces and 71 HGV parking spaces.

The deal comes after Amazon recently taking up a lot of new spaces across the nation, including 316,000 sq. ft of space in Bristol, with plans to take two units of 747,000 sq ft and 411,000 sq ft in Magna Park, Lutterworth, and a 512,000 sq ft warehouse in Wakefield.

CBRE is representing Amazon in the transaction, and Burbage Realty is acting on behalf of Fiera Real Estate.
