Rainier Developments have recently announced that they have completed two separate residential deals in Lower Stondon in Bedfordshire.

The first deal announced was the completion of the sale of 85 dwellings on the A600 (Bedford Road) to Bloor Homes. This site includes 35 percent affordable housing in the hope that more young families and first-time buyers can get onto the housing ladder.

They also announced that contracts for 115 dwellings on the land between the A600 and Loganberry Way had been unconditionally exchanged with Redrow Homes. The development received outline planning permission in December 2020 and will expand Lower Stondon whilst providing affordable housing to meet local needs. The site is also is located directly to the south of a recent development by Mulberry Homes.

Both developments will provide financial contributions to the local community and infrastructure.
