As the slate is wiped on 2021, we thought we would look over the proverbial shoulder at UK Property Forums and get a fix on the top stories from our three journals: Eastern Echo, London West and Thames Tap.  

The story of the potential relocation of the Royal Berkshire Hospital, reported by Thames Tap editor Alan Bunce in November, was the big standout winner for 2021.  It was a big scoop which has massive real estate implications for Reading Borough Council and by implication, Wokingham Borough Council.

Encouragingly stories posted in Eastern Echo and London West are also starting to feature in our Top 10 hits. And as ever there are anomalies, such as the Bodicote story which can be partly explained by the association with local Facebook groups and other social media channels which ensure our stories are read by local community groups.
